Mansard, L-shaped dormer and hip-to-gable conversions, measured for head height and stair position at survey, before any drawing is paid for.
Replacement dwellings
Sometimes the plot is worth more than the house.
On larger Havering and Epping Forest plots, replacing a tired 1970s or 1990s house often delivers more for the same spend. We test the planning and green belt position first, then design the new house around it.
