Who we are
This website is run by NU Projects London Limited (“NU”, “we”), 10-12 Fulham High St, London SW6 3LQ. We are the data controller for the personal details you send us through it. You can reach us at info@nuprojects.co.uk or on 020 7731 6841.
What we collect
When you fill in an enquiry form we collect what you choose to give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the location of the property and anything you tell us about the project. We also record the page the form was sent from and the time it was sent.
If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us in the same way.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a visit and to prepare a proposal. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell them.
Who sees it
Enquiries are read by NU’s directors and project team. Enquiry forms are delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and they pass through the companies that host this website and provide our email, who act only on our instructions. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, it is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not lead to a project, we delete it within two years. If you become a client, we keep project records for as long as the law and our insurers require.
Cookies and fonts
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We count page visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@nuprojects.co.uk and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
