NU has been designing and building homes in London since 2010. This is where the firm came from and what it has built.
2010
It started in Fulham.
NU was founded by Nick Jeffries in 2010 and is based at 10-12 Fulham High Street. The idea has not changed since: one firm designs the house, wins the consents, builds it and hands it back finished, under one contract.
West London
Sixteen years on some of London’s most demanding streets.
Most of our work has been in Chelsea, Fulham, Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Belgravia, Mayfair and Notting Hill: period townhouses, apartments in mansion blocks, basements, extensions and new-build houses.
These are streets where the neighbours are close, the planners are strict and the finish is expected to be perfect. Conservation areas, listed buildings, party walls and licences to alter are part of almost every job.
