A better layout, new services throughout and a finish you notice every day. Planned, managed and built by one team.

Many Woodford houses still have their original joinery, plaster cornices and tiled floors, often hidden under later alterations that we carefully remove.
Period houses here reward careful work: original joinery, fireplaces and plaster kept and repaired, with heating, electrics and plumbing renewed behind them.
Where an Article 4 direction applies, replacing windows, doors or front boundaries can need planning permission. Internal renovation is mostly a building control matter. Applications go to the London Borough of Redbridge. We handle them for you.
We walk the house with you and record what should be kept, repaired or replaced.
A new layout, a clear specification and a schedule of works you can follow.
Planning, listed building consent where needed, building control and party walls.
One team renovates it and hands it back finished.
Yes. We repair and draught-proof original sashes where they can be saved, and make matching replacements where they can’t, which is usually what the conservation officer wants to see.
Sometimes, for smaller or phased work. For a full renovation most clients move out, which is safer and usually quicker. We will advise at the first visit.
Internal work on an unlisted house rarely needs it. Listed houses need listed building consent for almost any change, and in a conservation area new windows, roofs and front elevations often need permission.
For a whole-house renovation it is usually better to move out. Work to a single floor, or work in phases, can be planned around you staying in.

We take a limited number of houses each year. A director reviews every enquiry.
