A better layout, new services throughout and a finish you notice every day. Planned, managed and built by one team.

Many houses on the estate have been extended two or three times over the decades, leaving awkward levels, mismatched rooms and wiring and plumbing of several different ages.
Many houses have been extended piecemeal over decades. We take them back to a clear plan, renew the wiring, plumbing and heating, and finish them to the standard the road expects.
Internal work rarely needs planning permission, but new windows, render or roofs change the look of the house and Havering expects them to suit the road. Building control covers the structure, electrics and drainage. Applications go to the London Borough of Havering. We handle them for you.
We walk the house with you and record what should be kept, repaired or replaced.
A new layout, a clear specification and a schedule of works you can follow.
Planning, listed building consent where needed, building control and party walls.
One team renovates it and hands it back finished.
Often. If the structure is sound, a full renovation keeps the house you chose, avoids a replacement dwelling application and still gives you a new layout and new services throughout.
Sometimes, for smaller or phased work. For a full renovation most clients move out, which is safer and usually quicker. We will advise at the first visit.
Internal work on an unlisted house rarely needs it. Listed houses need listed building consent for almost any change, and in a conservation area new windows, roofs and front elevations often need permission.
For a whole-house renovation it is usually better to move out. Work to a single floor, or work in phases, can be planned around you staying in.

We take a limited number of houses each year. A director reviews every enquiry.
