A better layout, new services throughout and a finish you notice every day. Planned, managed and built by one team.

Walthamstow Village houses are often Victorian cottages with small rooms and low ceilings, while Chingford’s larger interwar houses usually need modernising rather than restoring.
We renovate whole houses or single floors, keeping original features where they add value and bringing layout, insulation and services up to date.
In the conservation areas, windows, doors and front boundaries need care and sometimes permission. Inside, renovation work is mostly a building control matter. Applications go to the London Borough of Waltham Forest. We handle them for you.
We walk the house with you and record what should be kept, repaired or replaced.
A new layout, a clear specification and a schedule of works you can follow.
Planning, listed building consent where needed, building control and party walls.
One team renovates it and hands it back finished.
Yes. Removing the walls between the front room, back room and kitchen needs steel beams and building control approval, which we design and arrange as part of the job.
Sometimes, for smaller or phased work. For a full renovation most clients move out, which is safer and usually quicker. We will advise at the first visit.
Internal work on an unlisted house rarely needs it. Listed houses need listed building consent for almost any change, and in a conservation area new windows, roofs and front elevations often need permission.
For a whole-house renovation it is usually better to move out. Work to a single floor, or work in phases, can be planned around you staying in.

We take a limited number of houses each year. A director reviews every enquiry.
