A better layout, new services throughout and a finish you notice every day. Planned, managed and built by one team.

Period houses on the forest edge often have original joinery, fireplaces and tiled floors worth keeping, alongside services that need replacing.
We renovate Loughton houses with respect for their setting: period features kept, services renewed and the layout improved.
Internal work is covered by building control. In the conservation areas, the council looks closely at changes to windows, doors and front gardens. Applications go to Epping Forest District Council. We handle them for you.
We walk the house with you and record what should be kept, repaired or replaced.
A new layout, a clear specification and a schedule of works you can follow.
Planning, listed building consent where needed, building control and party walls.
One team renovates it and hands it back finished.
Yes. These cottages need careful work: breathable lime finishes, repaired timber windows and services added without disturbing their character.
Sometimes, for smaller or phased work. For a full renovation most clients move out, which is safer and usually quicker. We will advise at the first visit.
Internal work on an unlisted house rarely needs it. Listed houses need listed building consent for almost any change, and in a conservation area new windows, roofs and front elevations often need permission.
For a whole-house renovation it is usually better to move out. Work to a single floor, or work in phases, can be planned around you staying in.

We take a limited number of houses each year. A director reviews every enquiry.
