A better layout, new services throughout and a finish you notice every day. Planned, managed and built by one team.

Most renovation here is careful restoration: panelling, shutters, staircases and floorboards, many of them over two hundred years old.
Restoration is most of the work here: panelling, staircases, shutters and floors repaired by trades who know Georgian houses, with discreet modern services added.
Listed building consent covers internal and external work on listed houses. Warehouse apartments need a licence to alter from the freeholder, which we prepare and submit for you. Applications go to the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. We handle them for you.
We walk the house with you and record what should be kept, repaired or replaced.
A new layout, a clear specification and a schedule of works you can follow.
Planning, listed building consent where needed, building control and party walls.
One team renovates it and hands it back finished.
Yes. We prepare the licence to alter, agree working hours and access with the building management, and replan the apartment around its structure and services.
Sometimes, for smaller or phased work. For a full renovation most clients move out, which is safer and usually quicker. We will advise at the first visit.
Internal work on an unlisted house rarely needs it. Listed houses need listed building consent for almost any change, and in a conservation area new windows, roofs and front elevations often need permission.
For a whole-house renovation it is usually better to move out. Work to a single floor, or work in phases, can be planned around you staying in.

We take a limited number of houses each year. A director reviews every enquiry.
