A better layout, new services throughout and a finish you notice every day. Planned, managed and built by one team.

Earlham Grove and the surrounding roads have larger Victorian houses with tall rooms and original features, many of them ready for a full overhaul.
We renovate Edwardian and Victorian houses in Forest Gate with care for the original features and full renewal of services.
The Article 4 direction on the Woodgrange estate means front windows, doors, porches and boundary walls must keep their original design. Internal renovation is covered by building control. Applications go to the London Borough of Newham. We handle them for you.
We walk the house with you and record what should be kept, repaired or replaced.
A new layout, a clear specification and a schedule of works you can follow.
Planning, listed building consent where needed, building control and party walls.
One team renovates it and hands it back finished.

Internal work on an unlisted house rarely needs it. Listed houses need listed building consent for almost any change, and in a conservation area new windows, roofs and front elevations often need permission.
For a whole-house renovation it is usually better to move out. Work to a single floor, or work in phases, can be planned around you staying in.

We take a limited number of houses each year. A director reviews every enquiry.
